Hey loves! Today I’m going to talk about my new foundation!
Revlon Nearly Naked!
What first enticed me to buy this foundation was the name of it. “Nearly Naked” made it sound like this would be an ultra light weight feeling lotion that doesn’t have a lot in it and is super natural looking.
Which more or less sums up the claims to this foundation ๐
With just one glance at the bottle, it didn’t list anywhere that there was SPF in it either!
You may or may not know this already, but my super sensitive acne prone skin isn’t always a fan of SPF products and can sometimes be irritated by them.
I got this foundation in the shade 180 Medium Beige which was luckily a perfect match for my summer tanned skin yay!
The foundation has a very silky feel and texture to it and blends perfectly into the skin.
The coverage is a light weight to medium and is build-able with a non-cakey look ๐
Here I have the foundation Swatched then lightly blended into my skin with my finger tips. The product basically disappears into my skin! You can barely tell there is foundation there!
It leaves a lovely satin finish and doesn’t dry out your skin or make you look oily.
Watch my review video bellow to see how the foundation looks on my face ๐
After some ingredient reading and SPF research I realized that this foundation does have SPF ingredients in it ๐ But not a lot, which is probably why they did not list it on the packaging.
Although; I am quite disappointed they did not label it since I am a consumer how has sensitive skin to SPF and most likely would not have bought this product if I knew there was some SPF in it.
So I feel like I have been tricked into buying it!
But with my luck, I did not get irritated or break out from it so yay!
After 2 weeks of inconsistent use; I still have not broken out so I am happy to give this foundation 5 stars now even though it has spf ๐
So my overall thoughts:
You will like it:
If you have sensitive skin
If you have dry or normal skin type
You want light to medium coverage that is blend-able
You wont like it:
If you want heavy to full coverage
If you have oily skin
Thanks for reading! xoxo
