Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of Healthy Beauty Talk! For todays episode I will be sharing one of my ultimate favourite recipes that I prepare for myself every morning to keep my body healthy and regular!
This recipe is like an super charged oat meal! Actually, that is exactly what it is! This version of oatmeal provides my body with an amazing amount of my daily fibre intake making my full and ready for the day and providing my body with what it needs to stay regular and healthy!
What you will need to make this oatmeal is:
- 1 pack instant oatmeal, preferably one with less calories.
- 1/4 cup high fibre cereal, preferably natural and organic, I used Kashi GoLean
- 1/4 cup frozen rasberries
- 1 heaping tsp ground flaxseeds
- A lot of boiled water
