FRENCH TOAST RECIPE
EASY FRENCH TOAST RECIPE
An easy morning breakfast just like mom used to make. This easy french toast recipe is a sweet one to make for the weekend mornings.
- 2-3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
- 1/4 cup soy milk or regular cows milk
- 4 slices rye bread or french bread
- 1 tbsp butter (for frying)
- 100% Pure Maple Syrup (drizzle or use as dip)

Whisk all the the ingredients in a mixing bowel, heat frying pan to medium heat, add butter to the pan, dip bread into mixture for 3-5 seconds on each side, then quickly transfer to the frying pan.
Fry for 1.5-2 mins on each side. Once both side are golden brown, serve hot with butter and pure maple syrup to dip or drizzle.
