Hello everyone! Are you ready for the first healthy beauty talk recipe?! I know I was and now I can’t be more excited to share one of my go to healthy recipes!
This recipe is a great one for weight-loss. It is super light and fresh with only a little bit of olive oil and thats it! You get a ton of flavour while still eating plenty of vegetables!

This recipe is a video recipe. All the ingredients used will be listed bellow the video for your reference ๐
This is a super easy to make meal as long as you have similar ingredients and some type of white fish! You can even use salmon if you want but I find this dish is MUCH better with white fish.
Here are the list of ingredients I used:
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 small hand full of broccoli
1/2 a small white onion diced
1 clove of garlic diced
5 tbs canned diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp of thym
1/4 tsp of oregano
1 tbs white rice vinegar *optional*
3 tbs of lemon juice
2 tbs mirin *optional*
1 tsp honey *optional*
Salt & Pepper to taste *optional*
2 pieces of cod (or any white fish)
6 stalks of green swiss chard
1 handful full peas
1 handful frozen peas
I had a side dish of baked and mashed sweet potato but this recipe is best served over top of cooked brown rice or white rice.
This recipe is jam packed full of good vitamins and minerals! It features lots of greens and simple white fish which will help aid you in weight loss, keep you feeling full and satisfied!
It is even super easy to make all in 1 pan! Yay!
