YES ITS ANOTHER RECIPE! We have reached that part of the series where we stop talking so much and actually start cooking! Since you are already just over a month in this means you have been following my previous tips and have been using the apps I told told you about to help you gain portion control. You also should be drinking healthier fluids as well and cutting out junk foods.
So now that your tastes are more adjusted towards healthier foods and drinks, its time I introduced you to Green smoothies! You see pictures of these bad boys all over instagram and pinterest. There are plenty off recipes people share but to be honest, sometimes they throw stuff in those smoothies that not everyone has around the house or can always find in their local grocery stores.
So lets get real here! In todays video I will be showing you all a very easy smoothie that anyone at home can do where the ingredients actually are very easy to find and get your hands one! Except made one isn’t sorry ๐
For this smoothie you will need:

1 tps milled flax seeds
1/3 cup of soy milk (around that)
1/2 an apple of your choice
2 oz shot of Vemma liquid antioxidant
1 cup spinach (or large hand full)
1/4 cucumber diced
And that’s it!

Now I haven’t talked much about one ingredient in this smoothie and that is Vemma. I have been using it for quite some time now and it is something I swear by in my daily life to make sure I feel good, have energy and can maintain a healthy diet even when my days are too busy to make home made meals.
