Remember that what you drink is extremely important in any healthy life style change and it is the easiest thing to change and improve. Take steps slow, don’t force yourself into a complete new and different life style. Doing that will make the shift very hard on you and very unachievable. Introduce new changes 1 at a time and before you know it, you will be living and preferring a healthy life style and will be living the path of natural and healthy weight loss!

Today I talked about drink lots of water and making it your priority drink of choice while supplementing your daily coffee for tea if possible at first. If you are a coffee addict, start by never using cream again and use only low fat milk, soy milk or preferably almond milk. Try your best to make the healthy transition to green tea and in no time you will no longer need that coffee.
