YES! Finally my first ever online clothing haul! I have always been skeptical about ordering clothing online because you don’t get the options of trying them on. I feel like there is always a huge risk involved which is partially true. So I am going to share with you all my first online clothing haul! And of course knowing me, I order from the cheapest online clothing store I can find!
My style preference is Asian fashion, which mostly is Japanese and Korean fashion trends, I tend to not really like any North American fashion trends unless they so happen to feature a bit of Asian style in the clothing. ๐
I have always wanted to order from YesStyle but haven’t because their prices seemed a little too high for my liking. Then I got word of SammyDress. Which basically is a online Asian fashion outlet store that ships worldwide! The best part is that all their clothing is super affordable! This caught my attention and I really didn’t see any problem with ordering from there!

I have to admit, I really love my clothing and the quality that I got from SammyDress. Their honestly was only one negative thing about the company and that was the customer service which had to do with the shipping.
I made my order in the beginning of September and didn’t receive it until 3 days before Halloween (October 31). This was a little unusually long in my opinion. I made my order at the beginning of September because I needed a white dress for my Halloween costume. I hunted very early so that I could order it and receive it at least 2 weeks before Halloween so that in case something was wrong with my dress, I would have time to get a backup. Once 4 weeks came around and I still saw my package had not yet been shipped out, I started to freak out. I messaged their Twitter and got a direct email not published on their site to get instant help. I emailed the email and didn’t get any replies. After waiting 2 days, I went to their help page to get assistance. The help page claimed to give a 24 hour response guaranteed. I waited 1 and a half weeks before I got word from either. After that time they finally said they urgently shipped out my package. What was worse about this was that I paid for express shipping and not standard shipping. So I paid for nothing basically. This service and attitude towards shipping products is something I think SammyDress needs to focus working on rather then bringing in new products. Shipping products on time is very very very important.
After plenty of Twitter creeping I realized I wasn’t the only person who had no idea why their package hasn’t arrived after a month and why the order status still doesn’t say shipped when we all paid for fast shipping.
And like in my video, I got unlucky with the dress and had only 2 days to figure out a solution to make it work. So That kind of panic is not fun.
Other then that shipping issue, I absolutely LOVE SammyDress and the cloths they provide for such a reasonable price. I will be ordering from them again but I will make sure not to order anything from them that I need by a certain date. I received all my items I ordered in the correct colours and sizes with no defects what so ever! ๐
Overall successful for my first online clothing order. I have experienced shipping issues like this before so hopefully SammyDress has been able to resolve this issue they had with so many clients.
