SEXY SPRING BUTT TONING, THIGH TONING AND CORE TIGHTENING.

Hello everyone and welcome to the FIRST workout in the Healthy Beauty Talk series! Out first workout out is my most important areas I want to target and those are the butt, thighs and core.


These areas are my personal problem areas that gain weight the easiest which usually is also the case for many other women out there.

This workout will show you how to tone and lift your butt making it more rounded, firm and tight. It also targets your entire thigh area! Even that inner thigh area that is most women’s worst enemies! It also features a bit of core strengthening to get that abdomen into shape ๐Ÿ™‚

Are you ready for the workout video! *this is a full length workout that lasts 14 minutes, so get ready to workout and follow along!*

Are you feeling the burn!? I was! hahaha! This is one workout that really makes me so the next day especially in my butt and thighs! It is great!
To see results, follow along with this workout video 3-4 times a week! 

I will be doing this workout 3-4 times a week up until April!
