Hello everyone and welcome to Healthy Beauty Talk EP 9! If you have been keeping up with all the episodes then congratulations! You have made it to the parts where we start to do some very easy and simple workouts!
As you may guess from the title of this blog post, in this episode I talk and demonstrate some simple squats you can do at home in the privacy of you house or bedroom without being too loud or distracting your family members.
For some of you still living with you parents and siblings, I know from personal experience that it can be difficult to workout out in your own home because family members like to barge in and see what your up to or watch. Which can be quite uncomfortable *personally always happens to me* .
That is why sumo squats are great for at home while maintaining privacy and you don’t need a lot of space to do them!
Most of us ladies want to mainly focus on out lower body to make sure we have toned, lean thighs and a firm butt that does not look flabby. These areas are also the most easy to start working out since we use these muscles daily to move and get around. Sumo squats target everything that most women are interested in targeting such as:
- Glutes (butt)
- Hamstrings (back of thighs)
- Quadriceps (front thighs)
- Abdomen (abs/stomach)
- Lower back
- Calves
These are the easiest areas to start working out if you are a beginner to workouts.
