Hello everyone! I hope you all had a great Valentines day whether single or taken ๐ My Valentines day was not on Monday for me, Kyle and I decided to celebrate throughout the weekend starting Friday night. Unfortunately since Wednesday I had been starting to gt a bad bad cold which more or less hit me hard Friday, such a piss off, perfect time. I worked that night, Kyle picked me up and brought me home to these lovely flowers on the kitchen table for me! yay! ๐
Aren’t they so lovely, and not the tradition roses either!

The next day we ventured to a place called Hilton Falls in Milton Ontario.

After a 6k walk we made it to the Falls!

You literally could walk on the frozen water fall and river! This is the only picture of me because I was so sick that day, had to force myself to go out so I wouldn’t miss out on the pictures and opportunity ๐ I was so loaded up on cold drugs haha! *Notice huge amazing blue scarf to keep my face warm*
This is a photo of the ice crystals that formed on the bottom of the rocks hanging over the water fall, so amazing.

We then went up the cliff a bit and walked across the side of it where cool leaks in the rock formed levels of frozen water!
Don’t know if you can tell or not but Kyle built an Inukshuk where we have been. We saw that other people tried making one but it was ugly and stupid looking ๐ so we made a better one near theirs because we are 10x better then them ๐ Believe it or not I found a spider (biggest fear by the way) on a rock… in oh I don’t know around -15!! @&*$! What the f**k right! hahaha!! it should be dead.
So that was my valentines day weekend ๐ We had a lovely dinner, Beef Wellington with mashed potatoes, veggies and such. (no pictures). I had an amazing time other then being unbelievably sick ๐ I’ve now been sick for a week… I’ve been drugged up on cold medicine for days now, sleeping and such. Monday I finally started getting better so for a little extra on the actually day, Kyle and I went to the Red Brick Cafe and he got me a yummy chia tea latte with a heart shaped cookie with sprinkles, I was still pretty sick so no pictures! haha! So yes, today is… Wednesday exactly a week after I got sick and I’m almost better ๐ Still looking not so nice but I’m functional and not needing all the meds haha!
I have a make up haul blog coming up soon! I did some shopping a while ago and have used the products enough to rate them ๐
